Seeds — 90-Day Grow Guarantee
Qualifying seed claims are covered for 90 calendar days from the purchase date, subject to the growing conditions and claim requirements described in our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy.
Gardening Tools — 1-Year Warranty
Qualifying manufacturing defects in gardening tools are covered for one year from the purchase date, subject to the coverage and exclusions described in that policy.
The request to report visible delivery problems within 7 business days of delivery does not shorten these coverage periods.
Nothing in these Terms cancels our published guarantees, express product commitments, or warranties and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Growing guidance is provided to help customers select and use our products. Results depend on factors such as climate, planting time, soil, temperature, moisture, sunlight, storage, and maintenance.
Unless expressly stated in a product-specific commitment, we do not promise a particular yield, harvest date, mature plant size, or identical results in every growing environment.
Follow the instructions supplied with your seeds or gardening tools. Select varieties suitable for your location and observe any applicable planting or product-use restrictions.
Normal variation in growing results does not affect your ability to submit a qualifying claim under our Grow Guarantee or applicable consumer law.
Seed treatment, certification, and disease-resistance claims apply only where specifically stated in the relevant product information.
Do not assume that seeds are treated, certified organic, laboratory-tested, or resistant to a particular disease unless that information is expressly provided.
Disease resistance does not mean immunity. Plant health may be affected by soil conditions, environmental exposure, pests, and other factors.
If seeds arrive moldy, infested, damaged, or otherwise inconsistent with their description, contact us under our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy. This section does not exclude responsibility for defective or incorrectly described products.
We may correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, availability, promotions, or shipping information.
If an error materially affects an existing order, we will contact you to explain the issue. Where a change to the order is necessary, we will seek your agreement or cancel and refund the affected portion.
We will not impose an additional charge without your authorization. Corrections do not remove rights relating to a purchase already made.
