Ⅰ.Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Ⅳ. Address Changes
If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact our customer support team at support@vorianseeds.com within 48 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update it before the order is processed. After 48 hours, the order may have already entered the fulfillment process and cannot be modified.
Ⅴ. Delivery Guarantee
While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors should they occur. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as postal and delivery services do not forward packages. We guarantee delivery only to the address provided at the time of order. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Ⅵ. Shipping Restrictions
We currently deliver to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and major Canadian provinces. Please note that we do not ship to Hawaii.
We do accept deliveries to P.O. Boxes via USPS. However, we do not ship to APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office) military addresses at this time.
Ⅶ. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@vorianseeds.com with your order number, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
