We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
All prices on our website are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD), and payments are processed in USD.

If your payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees. These fees are determined by your provider.
Vorian Seeds currently does not charge or collect any taxes at checkout on orders shipped to the United States or Canada.
The amount payable to us consists of your merchandise subtotal after discounts plus any applicable shipping charge.
We do not collect customs duties or import taxes at checkout. Our non-collection of taxes does not mean that your purchase is legally tax-exempt.
For cross-border shipments, customs authorities or carriers may separately assess import duties, taxes, or clearance fees. These charges are separate from amounts collected by Vorian Seeds.

Enter your discount code at checkout and confirm that the discount has been applied before completing payment.
Promotions are subject to their stated conditions, including eligibility, exclusions, expiration dates, and whether they can be combined with other offers.
Your final order total reflects the discounts successfully applied at checkout.
Our checkout is hosted by Shopify. Supported card and accelerated-checkout payments are processed through Shopify Payments and the relevant payment services.
Payment information is transmitted using encrypted connections. Your bank or payment provider may require additional authentication before approving a transaction.
Please provide accurate billing information, including the billing address associated with your payment method.
Do not send full payment-card numbers, security codes, passwords, or verification codes by email or through our contact forms.

After successfully placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
Orders are processed and packed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping transit time is additional.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.
If payment cannot be confirmed, order processing may be delayed while the issue is resolved. Please see our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times.
If your payment is declined:
If you see a pending transaction but have not received an order confirmation, check your spam folder and contact us before placing another order.
A pending transaction may represent a temporary authorization rather than a completed payment. Your bank or payment provider can confirm its status and explain when an unused authorization will be released.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, subject to our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy.
Once a refund is approved, we submit it within 1–3 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
If a return is required, refund approval follows receipt and inspection of the returned item.

If you have received a refund confirmation but cannot locate the credit, contact your payment provider and email us for assistance.
